Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment (OSHA certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following 5S safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn inventory software
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for weekend shifts
