Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory and warehouse operations using WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and accurately
- Pack, label, and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Uphold strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
