Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as directed
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect goods for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in mandatory overtime shifts during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and occasional weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
