Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Load/unload shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Process orders and prepare shipments for timely delivery
- Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license (Class B CDL a plus)
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends for overtime
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
