Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and power equipment
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting machinery
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Document warehouse activities in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/nights
