Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Process returns and damaged goods efficiently
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics with overtime flexibility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Kent facility
