Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for same-day shipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and ISO standards
- Document inventory discrepancies using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone navigation skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta facility
