Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layouts for streamlined material flow and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain strict adherence to quality control and safety standards
- Lead weekend overtime shifts during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts as required
