Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment with zero-error tolerance
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized and OSHA-compliant warehouse conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Participate in mandatory overtime shifts during peak seasons
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to the Downtown LA location
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
