Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, RF scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with strict adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and update inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience accepted.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
