Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for quality assurance and damages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays for overtime.
- Valid forklift certification (if required by specific site) is a significant advantage.
