Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and implement 5S principles
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and report issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in month-end inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software experience
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Pass background check and drug screening
