Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards
- Support physical inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
