Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for maximum productivity
- Perform quality checks on products and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends when required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
