Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle count documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen events)
- Support cross-functional teams during peak season surges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
