Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store inventory using RF scanners and modern warehouse systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy to meet daily targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA guidelines
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and perform cycle counts as scheduled
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
