Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments and operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Accurately inventory and organize products in our climate-controlled facility
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Process orders with precision using our WMS inventory management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexible availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
