Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Prepare and package orders accurately, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and storage areas to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices is a plus.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
