Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock on the warehouse floor to maintain optimal storage conditions.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure the workspace is clean, safe, and organized at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Scan items using barcode scanners and update inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
