Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy within the warehouse.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing orders meet our high-quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve logistical issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work history and be available for overtime, including weekends and evenings.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
