Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, pack, and ship products according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with provided training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate in team-based loading/unloading of freight
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in physical inventory counts and audits
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with occasional assistance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
