Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory according to quality standards
- Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory counts using WMS systems and reporting tools
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure workplace safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Document warehouse activities and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict deadlines during peak shipping seasons
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends for overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
