Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy
- Inspect, sort, and stage incoming shipments according to quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements and warehouse activities in digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
