Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Pick/pack orders using RF scanners for 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory counts via cycle counts and audits
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
