Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation protocols
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Participate in cross-functional projects during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory
