The Role
In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for accurately processing orders, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is highly desired.
