Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Support inventory reconciliation and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends when needed
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
