Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
