Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for same/next-day shipping fulfillment
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse layout for workflow
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in mandatory overtime during peak seasons (paid 1.5x hourly rate)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime shifts
