Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with zero-error precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain organized, clean, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Actively seek overtime opportunities to support peak season demands
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
