Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in compliance with company standards
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently after proper training
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to all OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verify documentation accuracy
- Support cross-functional teams during peak demand periods with overtime availability
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends when needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
