Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS systems) to track inventory movements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Work flexible shifts including overtime as needed to meet seasonal demands
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for early morning/late night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
