Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after paid certification
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counts
- Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, shrink wrappers)
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Mesa location
- No background check required – all applicants welcome
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
