Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after comprehensive paid training
- Manage inventory scanning, tracking, and organization systems
- Safely load/unshift shipments using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience requiredâpaid training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
