Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid certification
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain organized inventory systems using scanning technology
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols
- Collaborate in team-based loading/unloading operations
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
