Responsibilities
- Receive comprehensive training in warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments according to specifications
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Participate in daily inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete training modules and skill assessments within 4 weeks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal work authorization
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to the SE DC facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends if needed)
