- Safely load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse facility.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and machinery as trained.
- Perform inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a paid training program (No prior experience required).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
