Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed
- Receive and process incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain organized storage zones and FIFO compliance
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Indianapolis facility
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability for morning/evening shifts
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
