Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and package merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and hand trucks to move products.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing freight while adhering to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We train motivated individuals.
