Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies; maintain organized inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives to improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid state ID (driver's license preferred but not required)
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not mandatory
