Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, verify counts, and update inventory records in our management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners (certification provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load & Unload: Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers during peak times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation to the warehouse.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and organizing merchandise.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand work instructions and safety protocols.
- Availability: Must be available for weekend or evening shifts (part-time).
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
