Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are optimal.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a consistent work history.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer applications.
- Flexible Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED preferred.
