Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing products for quality assurance
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license or forklift certification (preferred but not required)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
