- Efficiently sort, pack, and label inventory items using scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Load/unload shipments using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Assist with warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
