Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load and unload freight trucks with proper equipment operation (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Document inventory movements and warehouse activities in digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
