Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using material handling equipment
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain inventory records using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and power equipment (certification provided)
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation preferred)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
