Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before dispatch to customers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace safety guidelines at all times to maintain a secure environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles clean, organized, and clutter-free to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and inventory tracking.
- Reliability: Punctual with a history of consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and comprehend instructions, as well as communicate effectively with team leads.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
