Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by scanning and organizing stock.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- License: Valid driver’s license (if required for warehouse transport).
