Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the timely delivery of products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
