Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, sorting, and scanning of incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Execute picking, packing, and labeling of orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory levels.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new warehouse technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
